Shipping

All product ships from our warehouse in Saskatchewan, Canada. We ship within Canada and USA only. Typical order processing time is 1 business day.

Orders over $59, after discounts and before taxes, qualify for free shipping. This option will be available at the checkout.

Orders are discreetly packaged in a bubble mailer or plain cardboard box. The shipping label lists a PO box as a return address.

Multiple shipping options are available at checkout based on your location and order weight. We use multiple carriers to offer you the best shipping rates, including Canada Post/USPS, Purolator, and UPS. Delivery time estimates cannot be guaranteed and may be longer for rural or remote locations, or during peak holiday seasons. We can ship to PO boxes. 

You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. Once received by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier directly for any issues regarding order delivery.

Ensure your shipping address is entered correctly. If an order is undeliverable and returned to us, the order may be reshipped at the purchaser's expense, or refunded minus a $5 handling fee and minus shipping cost if free shipping was selected. If you notice your address has been entered incorrectly, please notify us IMMEDIATELY.

USA orders may incur customs duties and taxes. The recipient is responsible for any additional customs charges if applicable.

Payment

Use the currency selector at the bottom of the page to choose CAD or USD.

Orders are securely processed using Shopify Payments. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Interac e-Transfer.

To use Interac e-Transfer, instructions will be shown on your confirmation page after the order is placed. Send a transfer for the exact purchase amount to the e-mail address provided with your order number in the comments. Orders will not begin processing until payment is received. Orders will be cancelled if payment is not received within 12 hours of purchase.

Order Cancellations & Returns

Orders may be cancelled and refunded to the original method of payment until the order has begun processing. Refunds using Interac e-Transfer will be subject to a $1.50 fee.

Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns. We do not offer a satisfaction guarantee. Product information is provided by the product manufacturers and our distributors. If you have questions about a product, please contact us before purchase.

Electronic items may be tested at your request before shipping. This will add 1 additional day to the order processing time. To request a product be tested, leave a comment under "Order special instructions" in the cart.

Many manufacturers offer warranties on their products. Please contact the manufacturer directly for warranty claims. We may be able to assist you with a warranty claim, such as reissuing proof of purchase, but we cannot submit a warranty claim on your behalf.
